Car wash customers had no idea how long a wash would take or what was actually being done to their car, and walk-in queues meant turning cars away on busy days. Any extra work - a paint correction, a stain that needed more than a rinse - just showed up as a surprise line on the bill at pickup.
What we built
A booking and live-tracking app for all three branches. Customers reserve a bay ahead of time, watch their car move through six stages from check-in to ready-for-pickup on their phone, and approve or decline anything extra - with a photo - before it's added to the bill. Payments, receipts and a loyalty programme all run through the same app.
